Refund Policy – Everonix Group

At Everonix Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your item(s).


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with all tags and seals intact.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used perfumes or cosmetics (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at support@everonixgroup.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
